Age Eligibility Policy
1. Minimum age to book
You must be 18 or older to book with fitlipoz.com and conclude a travel contract, and the details you give for all travellers must be accurate.
2. Travellers under 18
Travellers aged 16–17 may join only with the signed prior consent of a parent or guardian, sent to contact@fitlipoz.com before the contract is concluded. Travellers under 16 must be accompanied for the whole tour by a parent, guardian or an adult authorised in writing.
3. Student offers
Student offers depend on the age rules above and on valid proof of student status. Eligibility and discount claims are accurate and not misleading, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996.
4. How we verify age
- Passport, ID card or birth certificate before departure.
- Student card or enrolment certificate for student offers.
- Documents confirm eligibility only, under Law of Ukraine No. 3999-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024.
5. Incorrect details
If a traveller does not meet these conditions, we may refuse participation or cancel the booking under our published cancellation terms, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023.
6. Language and complaints
Consumer information is also available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' of 25 April 2019. Complaints: write to contact@fitlipoz.com with your booking number; we reply within the periods set by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.
