Each route is a plan shape we ran last season. Prices are per person in euro for one shared bed in a group of four. The agency fee sits on its own line, and the total is never rounded up to hide it.

03 Cost rules

What the fare covers, and what it never hides

Every route shows the same three things: the planning fee, the mandatory city tax, and the insurance we recommend but do not sell. Shared stay rules are fixed on paper, not negotiated at the desk.

Included in the quoted fare

  • Intercity rail in second class with a reserved seat, dates confirmed in writing.
  • Dorm beds in 4 to 6 bed rooms, shared bathroom, mixed or female-only on request.
  • A day-by-day route plan with a per-person spending ceiling.
  • One shared group chat with your planner, from booking to return.

Never folded into the fare

  • City tax, paid at the property: €1.50 to 3.00 per person per night.
  • Travel insurance, recommended and not required: from €0.90 per day.
  • Meals and city transit, budgeted per route but never prepaid.
  • Single room supplement: €14 per night, subject to availability.

The planning fee is one flat line on every quote and appears again inside the cost estimator. It is refundable only under the cancellation and refund policy. Questions about bed counts or room types go to contact.

Set the group size, the nights and the room type. The figure below is per person, and the agency planning fee is shown as its own line rather than folded into the nightly rate. City tax and travel insurance stay outside every figure.

Rates assume a shared bathroom and 18+ travellers. A single supplement is quoted on request.
