- Name, email, phone, city and other contact details.
- Booking data: tour, dates, group size, accommodation and passport details required by suppliers.
- Invoicing details; full card numbers are not stored.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.
- Enquiries, correspondence and complaints.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, conclude and perform tour contracts, book accommodation and transport, meet accounting and tax duties, prevent fraud and improve the site. Bases: consent, contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests under Law of Ukraine No. 3999-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024; electronic contracting under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies run the site; analytics and marketing cookies are set only with prior informed consent. You may withdraw consent or change browser settings at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
5. Sharing and retention
We share data only with tour operators, accommodation and transport suppliers, payment, hosting and accounting providers acting on our instructions, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell data. Enquiry data is kept up to 12 months; contract and tax records for the periods required by Ukrainian law, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing, obtain portability and withdraw consent by writing to contact@fitlipoz.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
7. Complaints and language

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023 you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court.
