Before you contract, we disclose identity, tour operator and contract, price, cancellation and accommodation terms under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.
Bookings, prices and changes
Provide accurate traveler details and valid travel documents; student fares require eligibility. Bookings are confirmed only in writing. You must meet passport, visa, health and insurance requirements.
Prices, currency, taxes, discounts and student-eligibility conditions are shown before booking. We do not make misleading price, discount or eligibility claims under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996.
Changes and cancellations follow the tour operator and supplier terms disclosed before booking. Cancellation fees and refunds are set in your tour contract and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Liability, complaints and language
We are liable under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023. Email contact@fitlipoz.com with your booking reference; we acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to reply within 30 days. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court under that law.
Consumer information is available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' of 25 April 2019; contact us to request it. Personal data and non-essential cookies are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 3999-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 April 2024 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.
