Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tour-agency particulars, the tour-operator contract, price, cancellation and accommodation terms are disclosed before you contract, per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995.

2. Cancellation by the traveller

• Over 30 days before departure: refund less documented costs already incurred.
• 15–30 days: refund of 50% of the tour price.
• Under 15 days or no-show: no refund unless the law requires otherwise.

Cancel in writing to contact@fitlipoz.com; the date received applies.

3. Changes or cancellation by us

If we materially change the itinerary or cancel, you may accept the alternative or cancel for a full refund of payments for affected services. Refunds are paid within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@fitlipoz.com or by post. We reply within 30 days. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023.
