Price inclusions and exclusions

Prices cover only services in the tour programme and operator confirmation. They exclude flights, unlisted transfers, visa fees, insurance, unlisted meals and drinks, personal expenses, optional excursions, tips, and items marked ‘not included’.

Shared accommodation

For shared rooms we disclose room type, occupancy, bathroom arrangement and any supplement before contracting. Allocation, roommates and property details are confirmed in tour documents; equivalent-standard changes may be necessary.

Travel insurance

Insurance is not included unless the tour page or contract states it. You must arrange medical, repatriation, cancellation, baggage and activity cover and show proof if asked.

Passport, visa, entry and health requirements

You must hold a valid passport, visas, entry and transit permits, vaccinations and health documents. Rules vary by nationality and route. We give general information only, not immigration or medical advice; check with embassies, consulates and health authorities before booking and departure.

Tour agency status and contract

fitlipoz.com is a tour agency and identifies the operator and contract, price, cancellation and accommodation terms before contracting, as required by the Tourism Law.

Advertising and language

Price, discount and eligibility claims are accurate and identifiable. Consumer information is available in Ukrainian where required.
